This townhouse is located in the quiet residential community of Villas of Bethany West, centrally located in Bethany Beach, close to restaurants and shopping. This house is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer, a microwave, and a coffee pot. The living area comprises a 55” TV, Electric Fireplace, Audio System, WiFi, and comfortable seating. The dining area comfortably seats 8, including a table and bar stool area. In 2018, we added a great three-season room to the house. It has a couch, two swivel chairs, and a four-seat pub table. Off the three-season Room is a gas grill! The quiet residential community has a HUGE Swimming Pool with a kiddie pool, tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and a small playground. There is no extra fee for using the community pool and tennis courts. There is also a community pond, a Salt Pond, with a dock for launching your kayak or canoe. This townhouse includes three Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It sleeps eight people. Bedroom #1(master) has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom # 2 has a queen bed with a twin trundle under it, and bedroom #3 has two sets of twin bunk beds. Linens are not included, so please plan to bring your linens and towels, or you can also rent them from a local provider. This townhouse is within walking distance or can be easily ridden by bike to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, boardwalk, etc. Wawa, Rita's, Grotto Pizza, and many restaurants are just steps away!
